Don reminded members of our Club's hospitality suite on Friday, October 24th at the District Conference at the Desert Princess Hotel & Golf Resort in Cathedral City (outside of Palm Springs). Even if you can't attend the entire conference, join us Friday evening for a fun TGIX.

Speaking of TGIX, Arilla has placed our order for 6,000 books for our Dictionary Project. Once they arrive, Arilla will announce the date for an October TGIX/Label party at her house.

Don provided September birthday cupcakes and we sang best wishes to Jim Hyldahl, Bob Barr, Karen Stelman, Bob Vaughn and Joe Max.

Benita Page gave a thorough summary of the worthy causes the Foundation has supported this year.

Don presented "Rotarian of the Month" award along with pin and gifts to Gayla Williams for her outstanding work with the 200+ strong Interact Club of Del Norte High School.

Arilla coaxed Fines and Happy Bucks including those celebrating birthdays, recent travels, wedding anniversaries, good medical news and the most exciting of all: Stephanie and Sean Wolterman are expecting a baby!
