At 25, Cameron became the youngest person to visit every country in the world,
completing the journey to all 195 countries with North Korea as the final stop.
Growing up with debilitating OCD, Cameron set out on a seven-year journey as a form
of real-world exposure therapy. His experiences around the world now drive a message
about navigating uncertainty, overcoming fear, and redefining what we believe is
possible.
Cameron is also the founder of Humanity Effect, a nonprofit organization that has
supported more than 1,000 children in Nigeria with quality education and safe housing.
His story and work have been featured in major media outlets including Forbes, CNN,
CBS, FOX, NBC, and People Magazine.

The Guatemala Literacy Project (GLP) is a network of
individual Rotarians, Rotary clubs and districts, and the
nonprofit Cooperative for Education (CoEd), with a common
interest in improving education for underserved students in
Guatemala. Since 1997, over 900 clubs and over 90 districts
around the world have participated in the GLP. The GLP was
also recognized as “the gold standard of Rotary projects” by
2017-2018 RI President Ian Riseley and has received the
endorsement of 2022-2023 RI President Jennifer Jones.

We’re hoping to connect with your members, share updates from Poway Unified, and personally express appreciation for the partnership and support that you provide to our students and programs. I will help coordinate with his assistant who arranges his calendar if the club would like to welcome Dr. Churchill.
