It is time to get your club members registered for the Governor's Dinner on June 13! Clubs that have 10 or more members registered by June 6 will have reserved seating for your club.

You won't want to miss this event: Club and individual awards, Rotary Leadership Institute graduation, induction of incoming President-Elects, and some fun surprises. We will be at the La Jolla Marriott and the cost is only $35/person. More details can be found on the District web site at www.rotary5340.org.

Tables will be reserved ONLY for Clubs with 10 or more members registered by June 6, 2016. Minimum of 10 per reserved table.

Our club will subsidize each member in the amount of $15.00, Each member will pay $20.00 to the club and pay the regular amount of $35.00 if they bring a guest. So the total cost for a Rotary member is $20.00 and $35.00 for each guest. So when members sign up for the dinner, they need to go to District 5340 and sign their name and select their entree. if bringing a guest do the same for them. When the site asks them to pay by credit card or check they must pay by check as our club will bring the total amount that evening.
