Rancho Bernardo Rotary Club Minutes February 5, 2015
President Don Glover called the meeting to order at 12:25 due to the longer program.
The Pledge was led by Dan Barrios
The Inspirational Thought was given by Sonny Googins
The Greeter, Mike Fuqua introduced the guests and visiting Rotarians
The Volunteers were:
S/A Ver, Bill, Paul
Check-in-Front Desk - Rick, Frances and Kathleen
Scribe - Kathleen
Photographer - James Kasper
Family of Rotary - Mira Bozanich, who announced that the Memorial Service for Tom Richardson was soon and would have more later.

Announcements:
Golf Tournament is on May 18.
RYLA has 8 candidates being interviewed by Troy Daum.
Hats off to Volunteers candidates are being considered.
District Council on 2/17 has 5 attending from the club. Richard Lederer will speak. Spouses are invited.
District shirts are available for $41 from John Goodrich.
Karen Stelman was the winner of the Golf Tournament.
The Rotary Foundation presented $1000 to Michael Rennie of the Poway Center of the Performing Arts by Gary Saks.
Judy Lutticken , class, educator, was installed by Jim Hyldahl.
John O'Neill extracted fines and happy bucks.
Don Glover detailed 14 ways we help the youth in the area preliminary to the introduction of Dr. John Collins, Superintendent of PUSD.
Jim Hyldahl presented the speaker gift book on Immigration.
Next Meeting is Feb 12 at 5:30pm when the Four Way Test Speech Contest will be featured.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:25, but extended after for more questions for Dr. Collins.
