Charlie joined He is responsible for overall leadership of Talent Acquisition, Management, Development, Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Communications & Public Affairs, Safety & Environmental Health, and Sustainability Petco in March 2007 to lead the development and execution of the company’s people strategy.
