Rotary meeting minutes for 5/23/19
It was a dark and stormy day at the BHCC. No golf being played, no heaters in the pavilion and no birds in the air. But the hardy bands of intrepid Rotarians were not deterred. Having hamburgers outside seemed like a good idea. In retrospect maybe not……..
President Doug opened the meeting by leading us in reciting the traditional Rotary 4-Way Test. He then recognized volunteers Mike Fuqua as Greeter, Joel Doss and Maguy Feghali for manning the check-in desk, plus Ron hunt leading the Pledge and John Mullin for giving the Inspirational Message. Also thanked were club photographer James Kaspar, John O’Neill as Meeting Volunteer Organizer and Scribe, plus setup by Jim Reid and Dave Brooks.
Mike Fuqua asked for volunteers to help at the June 2nd RB Alive Street Fair. He also encouraged everyone to sell tickets for our July 14th club fundraiser Vines & Vittles. The event will held at Webb Park From 2pm to 5pm.

Don Glover held a club vote to approve current RB Rotary Foundation member John O’Neill and new member Toby Westbrook. The vote was unanimously approved.
