This Thursday is a DINNER meeting that will provide valuable time for Vines and Vittles updates and discussions. In addition, our club assembly ( part 2) will occur with a brief update from our Mental Health and Youth Services focus areas, reporting on their progress and upcoming events for this year. Last week the part 1 segment was from our club's Peace Initiative which shared how our Global Grant money has helped tap valuable water sources for an African village.  Assembly time is a Rotary requirement and annual event, updating our membership on club actions and accomplishments throughout the year. This is important information for newer and seasoned Rotarians, as well as guests, to stay informed on all the great things our club does. Club Assembly (part 3) will be in April with reports on Community Service and Membership, culminating with our club and club foundation budget reports. Sit back, listen, contribute, and enjoy a glass of wine this Thursday evening!

RB Rotary Club and RB Sunrise Joint Meeting
Our first joint meeting with RB Sunrise this year is on Tuesday, March 18 @ 5 PM at CCRB. Our sister club will host this meeting providing dinner, drinks, and fellowship. Both clubs will conduct the business portion together before the main event which is the 4 Way Test Speech Contest Subregional Finals. Don't miss this opportunity to hear local high school students grapple with current topics while competing for the chance to go to the district finals. Dinner menu and RSVP opportunities will be provided later this week. This will be our only Rotary meeting that week. Your presence will make this a wonderful event.

Need a Plumber, Electrician, or? Hire a Rotarian!
Think before you hire! Why not hire a Rotarian for your next home project or vacation planning? You can find one in the new District 5340 Rotarian Member Guide and Business Networking Directory. Pick up a hard copy at any future club meeting. It provides numerous resources including the QR Code for RB Rotary Club which takes you directly to our website (pg.32). This is also a great resource for potential new members as well! ED Brown Center Rummage Sale
The Ed Brown Center provides a lot of services for our local seniors. Let's support them with our donations of gently used objects that will provide good resale revenue for this non-profit. Bring your donations to club meetings, or contact Brett Carter for pick-up. In addition, Ed Brown Center is looking for help with set up, tear down, and help during the rummage sale on Saturday, March 29th. This is our Saturday Exchange community service event this month. Email Barb Alberts for volunteer sign-ups.

Poway Symphony Orchestra
Get your Rotary seating by calling the Poway box office on Friday or Saturday afternoons, going by in person, or buying other online tickets. This is the first of our three PSO concerts this year, which are all annual social events for our club. We are looking forward to the return of Fred Moyer, the pianist, who played for us in 2018 and 2022 and was loved by everybody. He will be playing the blockbuster Rachmaninoff Concerto No. 3. Don’t miss it! Location: Poway Symphony Orchestra, Poway Center for the Performing Arts, 23 March, 4:00 p.m. Click here for more information:
