Interfaith Community Services April 2017 Food Drive supported by RB Rotarians

Feeding those in need ...
San Diego County has thousands of hungry children and families. Our RB Rotary Club worked with the Interfaith Community Services (ICS) in Escondido and the Feed San Diego organizations to collect food during the month of April.

We started accepting donations of food at the April 6th meeting at the BHCC. The food went to the Escondido Interfaith Community Services. They are one of the partners with Feeding America. Rotarians brought their donations throughout the month of April.
The needs of our hungry neighbors are significant and we know our contributions will mean so much for those in need.
Our goal was 3500 pounds of food.

ICS representatives came and thanked us for our donations and we loaded their van with all the food.
